Terms:

A 50% deposit is due to hold your reservation. The balance will be due the day of the excursion.

Bookings:

We encourage you to arrange your bookings in advance so that we can accommodate all of your needs. This is especially important during the peak period of July 1 through September 15. A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. Full refunds are issued with a 90 day advance notice. Trips cancelled after 90 days may be rescheduled.

Cancellations:

Trips cancelled due to inclement weather such as severe wind or rain will be rescheduled. If rescheduling is not possible a full refund will be issued.
Written notice of cancellation must be received 90 days prior to initiation of trip. A full refund will follow. Refunds will not be available for any trip cancellation received after the 90 day deadline. Trips may be rescheduled with no penalty.

Tackle Recommendations:

Rods: 9 ft. for 4-7 weight lines.
Rods of 6 wt. are suitable for most conditions.
Chest waders or hip boots are recommended. Wapiti Waters can provide gear for you if needed.

Clothing:

Polarized sunglasses, sunblock and brimmed hats will protect you from the Rocky Mountain sun.
Montana's changing weather is something to anticipate. Layering with fleece and wool under wind and waterproof shells is a necessity. Dry bags can be used to store extra gear on the raft.
